Payments are made as follows:
- For all sales made in any given calendar month all commissions generated during that month become due and payable on the 30'th day after the last day of that month.
- Example: For any sale(s) made between May 1 and May 31. Commission becomes due and payable on July 1.
Returns minimization ("stick") strategy and credit policy:
- Physical products must all be returned in 're-saleable' condition for any return claim to be honored.
- Client must claim a refund IN WRITING within 30 days of product receipt, and certify that they have faithfully complied with all instructions in the program - which includes the instruction to NOT SMOKE even ONE cigarette (therefore re-starting smoking is NOT a valid return reason).
- Any validated return credits are aggregated within each calendar month.
- The aggregated value of all valid credits divided by total sales in the same month will comprise the "deductible percentage".
- The "deductible percentage" will be shared across all affiliates on a pro-rata basis as a percentage of total sales.
- Each affiliate's payable commission will be reduced by the value of the "deductible percentage".
- This prevents any one affiliate from being penalized due to the "luck of the draw" on any given return in any month.
Our sales page retains a 90 day cookie for all traffic you direct to the site.
